We are looking for a **Safety and Fire Prevention specialist (ASPP) **to join our headquarters at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the **Head of Manufacturing Services **and functionally report to** RSPP, Health, Safety and Environment.

You will be responsible to perform all the necessary activities in order to identify risks for Safety & Health and to set up preventives and protective actions by ensuring compliance with current laws.

- Staying up to date on current laws on work safety and health issues;

- Performing assessments aiming at identifying risks (due to: roles/activities performed, equipments/tools used, chemicals or other materials, external firms, noises, wrong postures, etc. )

- Coordinating and supervising the activities of plant fire-fighting service operators, including ordinary and extraordinary fire-fighting systems maintenance service (D. P. R.

- Verifying that plant and offices are compliant with fire laws (D. P. R.

- Relationship with institutions, ministries, regional, provincial and local administrations for the competent communications;

- Support for employees in order to prepare documentation in case of professional illness;

- Participation to "health programs" (check-up, workplace improvements);

- Other preventive and protective actions to put in place if necessary;

- Organizing training on safety and health issues (fire prevention, first aid, emergency plan, etc. )

- To input RDA for the competent issues;

- Estimating costs for relevant activities and to measure possible gaps.

**About you

- Engineering University Degree - Work Health and Safety major is a plus

- ASPP (Addetto Al Servizio Prevenzione e Protezione) certification

- 3-5 years' experience in in this specific sector and in the coordination activities of teams and external service companies

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

- Knowledge of Safety, Energy and Environmental rules like D. Lgs.

81/08, ISO 50001, etc.

- Fluent English and Italian, German will be considered as a plus
