**Main Responsibilities / Activities** About the role**:

**Major accountabilities will include**:

- Technical and management support to different Company's areas regarding quality, health and safety

- Management of procedures of the Quality, Environment and Safety System

- Development and implementation of operational control procedures and measures

- Implementation of communication and training plans

- Performance measurement and reporting activities management

- Implementation of continuous improvement plans

- Management of non-compliance, occurrences and subsequent corrective actions

- Internal and external audit

**Basic Requirements

- Master's Degree in Engineering

- Knowledge of Italian legislation on Health and Safety at Work and Environmental Protection

- Knowledge of Quality, Health and Safety and Environment Management Systems

- Experience of 2-4 years in structured manufacturing companies

- Qualification for the role of RSPP/ASPP (Ateco sector Nr 4)

- Auditing experience in Quality, Health and Safety, Environment

- Fluent in English

- Good knowledge of the main IT systems

- Autonomy and precision in the achievement of the objectives

- Confidentiality, analytical ability and predisposition to team work and interpersonal contacts

- Proactivity and ability for involvement, analytical skills and problem-solving orientation
