Role Summary**:

A health, safety and environmental (HSE) technician assists, supports and collaborates in improving operational activities while ensuring compliance with the regulations imposed by government authorities.

You will be elaborating the safety procedures for the various company activities and supporting HSE supplier management activities (qualifications, tenders, etc.

), corporate activities (GSA, Safety Maturity, various Safety weeks) and HSE alignment activities with Quality for the construction of the QHSE system.

**Responsibilities & Requirements**:

- monitoring and collaborating on activities to achieve compliance with regulations and internal reporting;

- identification of risk factors, risk assessment and identification of measures for the safety and healthiness of the workplace, in compliance with current legislation on the basis specific knowledge of the company organization;

- developing the preventive and protective measures according to article 28, paragraph 2, and the control systems of such measures;

- proposing employee information and training programs;

- participating in consultations on the protection of health and safety at work, as well as in the periodic meeting referred to in Article 35;

- providing workers with the information referred to in Article 36.

- coordinating heterogeneous staff and communicate effectively in order to ensure the involvement and participation of the parties;

- Overcoming resistance to change;

- Managing any conflict of the parties;

- Guaranteeing an objective approach in managing problems, basing analyzes and actions on objective elements, resisting the possible pressures of different processes;

- Collaborating in the choice of work equipment, chemical agents, as well as in the arrangementof workplaces;

- Coordinating and controlling first aid, infirmary management and fire prevention activities;

- Carrying out periodic checks on compliance with safety regulations;

- Maintaining the Environment and Safety Management System;

- Waste management

**Preferred Experience / Skills**: 1.

It is necessary to be in possession of an educational qualification not lower than the upper secondary education diploma as well as a certificate of attendance to specific training courses appropriate to the nature of the risks present in the workplace and related to work activities.

- To carry out the function of head of the prevention and protection service, it is necessary to have a certificate of attendance in specific training courses on risk prevention and protection, including ergonomic nature and work-related stress referred to in Article 28, paragraph 1, of the organization and management of technical administrative activities and communication techniques in the company and trade union relations.

- Practical experience in occupational health and safety of at least 2 years, also gained through

collaborations with qualified external consultants (competent RSPP)
