**About the role**:
As **Sales Application Specialist **reporting to our Regional Sales Manager Center Italy, your key challenge will be to drive and accelerate sales growth and penetration of our Integrated Diagnostic Solutions (IDS) product portfolio in the territories of **Lazio - Abruzzo.
Occasionally support may be requested for the remaining regions belonging to the central area (Tuscany - Umbria - Marche)
**Main responsibilities will include**:
Targeting our IDS product range, you'll be in charge of the development and maintenance of commercial-technical relationship with main healthcare system stakeholders (particularly public and private clients) of the assigned territory, as well as the identification of their main needs and the proposal of best suited products/solutions for their satisfaction and the best Customer experience offering.
Major responsibilities include:
- To ensure timely and effective business target achievement through the promotion, selling and implementation of IDS solutions, products and services.
- To support target definition (budget) and demand planning (forecast), performance monitoring, as well as Sales & Marketing program implementation.
- To assure on going monitoring of sales achievement vs budget and to identify new business opportunities to build and feed a robust Sales Funnel
- To hold a strong negotiation and purchasing procedure knowledge (i. e.
tender, RDO, etc. )
and to support/promote IDS products and services value proposition by main stakeholder and pricing formulation.
- To assure a timely and prompt activity of problem solving, complaint management and level I technical intervention.
**About you**:
- Preferably educated to Microbiology.
- Proven successful lab experience tracked records.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship building skills and the clear ability to assess and respond to customer needs.
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills require.
- Must have excellent sales skills and a good knowledge of microbiology science.
Experience gained in a microbiology laboratory might complete the profile.
- Proficient in English.
- Resident in Lazio
