**This position reports to**:
Sales Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Build and manage commercial relationship with customers, with a focus on volume, mix and profitability for every solution.
- Ensure your customers an unforgettable professional experience Analyze different customers' needs to offer them a customized solution.
- Develop sales plan and proposal according to market needs.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Able to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders in ways that promote beneficial working relationships.
- Working with marketing and other departments to prepare sales plans and bids, ensuring technical and financial accuracy.
**Your background**:
- Engineering degree or technical diploma (electrical, electronic, mechanical, management, energy. . ) with 1-2 years of experience.
- Experience in sales and good know in automation and electrical machine builder is considered a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft tools.
- Ability to communicate both in Italian and English languages is considered a plus.
- Ability to translate customer requirements into actionable solutions.
- Excellent team player.
