Requirements:3+ years' experience in B2B business development, field sales, customer success and/or marketing in the low vision industryBachelor's degreeExperience as an optometrist or optician an advantageMust have fluent Italian and EnglishStrong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, people skills including negotiation and telephone etiquetteSelf-starter, dependable, must have strong time management skillsMust be comfortable and experienced working with aged people and people with special needsMust be comfortable working out of home office with little supervisionValid driver's license and access to a vehicle as neededJob Responsibilities:Drive business development and sales of products in ItalyManage relationships with distributors, resellers, local councils and government agencies, corporations, low vision organizations and clinicsPromote awareness in the low vision eco-system by working with assistive technology agencies and community organizationsPresent and demonstrate to relevant organizations and potential usersCollaborate on marketing activities and participate in events and trade showsProvide training on the use of the device, its benefits and its differentiated value for users and organizationsLiaise daily with other team members, provide activity reports and participate in sales meetings or sales callsMeasurement of Success: Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales quota as assigned; Positive feedback from business partners, distributors, colleagues and customersPlease note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy you might need a work permit.
