Sales & Digital Marketing Coordinator
_We are seeking a strong **SALES & DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR** based out in Milan, to join our growing team to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing and sales campaigns across all digital channels.

- You will assist in driving all integrated marketing tactics and spearhead brand identities for the hotels and outlets of the group through innovative and collaborative hands-on efforts.
Activation on key channels include, but not limited to, digital/print/social/PR and CRM to drive the most profitable business and demonstrate set return on ad spend goals.
Other responsibilities include partnering with and providing support to the sales, digital and revenue strategy leaders to ensure convergence and alignment are in place at all levels of the organization. _

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for coordinating internally with the sales & marketing team.
- Generating reports, preparing proposals, collections details, coordinating with clients & suppliers.
- Prepare sales-related documents
- Gather materials and assemble information packages (brochures, promotional materials, sales demo kit.
).
- Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings.
- Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications.
- Design, upload, extract and maintain customer databases.
- Create and manage Company and Travel Agent profiles on the property management system.
- CRM maintenance and support, marketing list creation and maintenance
- Conduct marketing research and collect data to prepare reports and documents
- Support resource for technical implementation of internet initiatives for the hotel.
- Assist with the management of campaigns from planning to production, including brief development, ideation, channel recommendations, creative development, configuration implementation, and management.
- Review social content, SEO, and paid media assets to ensure quality and alignment with the plan
- OTA listing updates - changes in operations, etc.
- Assist with the planning, execution, and implementation of the marketing strategy and plan, including campaigns, events, web, advertising, rich media, digital marketing, social media, sales tools, and PR.
- Support the launch of new products by aligning brand messaging with digital marketing channels
- Work closely with other departments to develop compelling content that drives engagement.
- Marketing projects as assigned by Managers.
i. e, Sales Flyers, Advertisements, etc.
- Basic graphic design of on-property collateral
- Help us develop our social media platform by assisting our agency and managers with clever, unique and ongoing posting ideas
- Work with the communication agency and Marriott team to help with new landing page creation, new imagery, messaging and promotions
- Provide support for ad-hoc requests and perform other related duties as required or assigned
Skill & Knowledge
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, eCommerce, performance marketing or digital marketing - or equivalent master degree
- Proficient understanding and experience of ecommerce/direct to consumer and digital marketing strategy, tactics and content marketing, analytics and reports
- Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
- Excellence with Microsoft Office Suite above of all PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics; experience with data visualization tools such as Looker is a plus
- Experienced and comfortable managing social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest ) on a professional level.
- Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Canva and other graphic design tools
- Working knowledge of digital marketing trends, platforms, and best practices
- Strong time management and organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, adjust to changing priorities
- Self-starter and strong collaborator - be friendly, customer centric, smile and able to work in a team environment
- Must be able to work independently and demonstrate the ability to take initiative
- Effective communications and presentation skills: polished writing skills and good verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking, outgoing and enthusiastic approach, strong business sense
- Superb attention to detail, highly organized, and able to prioritize a diverse workload
