**Posizione**:
To enhance its team, Artemest is looking for a _Sales & Key Account Intern_. The person will be part of the Trade Team, in charge of the Business clients' network growth (Architects and Interior Designers) and will manage large-scale and complex projects.
**What will be your key responsibilities?
- Support Artemest Key Trade Accounts (es. Interior Designers, Architects, Retail Luxury Brands) on the development of interior design projects;
- Support the Trade & Design team with the development of long-lasting relationships with B2B clients, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Understand client needs to provide tailored solutions and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Contribute to reviewing and managing B2B project opportunities & increase sales conversion
- Lead negotiations with the supplier network and identify solutions for interior design projects
- Support the Trade & Design team with the evaluation of margins and commercial implications on projects
- Support the Trade & Design team with the evaluation of project requirements (e. g. certifications)
- Contribute to monitoring and managing the full order lifecycle
- Collaborate and liaise with our internal teams (Customer Care, Logistics, Marketplace, Administration, Order Management)
- Interact with artisans and manufacturers for quotations & product customizations
- Create quotations and support the team in the development of Bill of Quantities & project budgeting.
- Support trade order management on supervision and management of orders for top trade accounts
**Requisiti**:
**Who are we looking for?
- Degree in Economics, Economics and Arts, Business Administration, International Business
- Previous working experience is considered a plus
- Passion for art & crafts
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Strong orientation to qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Italian native, professional proficiency in English
- Attention to details, flexibility and entrepreneurial attitude
- Highly organized with the ability to plan and prioritize
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment
