Sales & Marketing Executive LEISURE Key activities: Cultivating relationships with leisure clients, travel agents, and tour operators to generate business opportunities and achieve sales targets. Carefully arrange the paperwork for FIT Contracts and Bar Agreements. Arrange text, descriptions, and pictures for marketing purposes and brochures. Prepare customized proposals and presentations tailored to the specific requirements of each Leisure Event. Attend major trade shows, delivering follow-up reports and proactively looking for new business opportunities, if requested. Carry out site inspections, show-rounds, and Fam trips as required. Collaborate closely with the Leisure Groups and Individual Reservation Department Team. Constantly update all relevant information of the properties over the different Distribution Channels, websites, and publications, both B2B and B2C. Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and adaptation. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling through the properties. Closely cooperate with the Mice Sales Executive and replace the Mice Sales Executive according to the Company needs and strategy, in the perspective of a unique Sales Team. Proactively cooperate with the Director of Sales to draft the S&M Plan. Qualifications & Experience: Degree in Hospitality Management or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Leisure Sales in a city leisure-oriented hotel. Good knowledge of Marketing and Statistics tools. Proficiency in presenting and writing in English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly responsible and reliable.
