FH55 HOTELS is a hotel group founded in 1955, which today consists of 4 prestigious structures, each with its own identity and located in a privileged position in the main destinations of Italian art and culture and are the following:Grand Hotel Mediterraneo - FirenzeHotel Calzaiuoli - FirenzeHotel Villa Fiesole - FiesoleGrand Hotel Palatino – RomaFor our Sales Marketing Department based in FLorence, we are seeking:Sales Marketing Executive LEISUREKey activities:Cultivating relationships with leisure clients, travel agents, tour operators, to generate business opportunities and achieve sales targets. Carefully arrange the paper-works for FIT Contracts and Bar Agreements. Arrange text, descriptions, pictures for marketing purposes and brochures. Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and tailored to the specific requirements of each Leisure Event. Attend major trade shows, delivering follow-up, reports, and proactively looking for new business opportunities, if requested. Carry out site inspections, show-rounds, Fam trips, as required. Collaborate closely with Leisure Groups and Individual Reservation Department Team. Constantly updating all the relevant information of the properties over the different Distribution Channels , websites, publications, both B2B and B2C. Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and adaptation. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling through the properties. Closely cooperate with the Mice Sales Executive, and replaces the Mice Sales Executive according to the Company needs and strategy, in the perspective of a unique Sales TeamProactively cooperate with the Director of Sales to draft SM PlanQualifications Experience:Degree in Hospitality Management, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Leisure Sales in a City Leisure oriented hotel. Good knowledge of Marketing and Statistics toolsProficiency in presenting and writing in English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly responsible and reliable.
