**Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven** Commercial Strategy Manager** to lead our commercial team.
This role will be responsible for spearheading the commercial efforts, focusing on increasing new business opportunities and creating a commercial strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy that drives revenue growth and market
- Team Management: Lead, inspire, and manage the commercial team to achieve sales targets, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a culture of high performance
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to expand the reach and impact of our services
- Integrated Proposals: Create integrated commercial proposals offering a seamless and compelling value proposition to clients
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and industry partners
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform and adjust commercial strategies proactively.
**Activities**:
- Development and implementation of a commercial plan
- Identification and development of new customers/businesses
- Management and development of top customers
- Contribution to optimal policies, interventions and tools for promotional activities;
- A systematic activity of insight and reporting on target customers
- Coordination of the commercial team (4 people).
**Requisiti**:
**Qualifications
- Master's degree in economics and management, Health economics and management or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales/consulting in the relevant sector
- Network of high-level relationships with top management and/or corporate leaders in the pharmaceutical and medical devices sector
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and medical devices market.
**Skills
- Strategic thinker with an operational excellence approach
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to analyze data, market trends, and customer insights to inform decision-making
- Fluent in English
- Management by objective attitude
