Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Commercial Strategy Manager to lead our commercial team.
This role will be responsible for spearheading the commercial efforts, focusing on increasing new business opportunities and creating a commercial strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial management within the healthcare industry, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
This role requires excellent leadership skills, the ability to foster relationships with key stakeholders, and the vision to align our commercial initiatives with the overall business strategy.
Position: Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy that drives revenue growth and market.
Team Management: Lead, inspire, and manage the commercial team to achieve sales targets, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a culture of high performance.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to expand the reach and impact of our services.
Integrated Proposals: Create integrated commercial proposals offering a seamless and compelling value proposition to clients.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and industry partners.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform and adjust commercial strategies proactively.
Activities: Development and implementation of a commercial plan.
Identification and development of new customers/businesses.
Management and development of top customers.
Contribution to optimal policies, interventions, and tools for promotional activities.
A systematic activity of insight and reporting on target customers.
Coordination of the commercial team (4 people).
Requirements: Qualifications: Master's degree in economics and management, health economics and management, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in sales/consulting in the relevant sector.
Network of high-level relationships with top management and/or corporate leaders in the pharmaceutical and medical devices sector.
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and medical devices market.
Skills: Strategic thinker with an operational excellence approach.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to analyze data, market trends, and customer insights to inform decision-making.
Fluent in English.
Management by objective attitude.
