What You'll Work On The Role: Optimize & Scale Cargoful's Operations.

As our Sales & Operations Analyst, you'll take full ownership of end-to-end internal process automation, from design to execution, across Sales Operations and Finance/Accounting - ensuring Cargoful scales efficiently and intelligently.

Working directly with Filippo, you'll assess different specific processes, scout the market for solutions to automate them, define alternatives (Make vs Buy), decide, and deploy internal LLM-based solution or implement external software.

You will be working on specific projects related to specific vertical business processes.

Some may be (but they are likely to change and evolve during your tenure):> Sales & Customer Operations Automate sales deck & commercial documents personalization Automate lead qualification, enrichment, outreach, and follow-ups Define and structure CRM workflows for deal management> Finance & Accounting Automation Streamline billable-hours reporting Streamline Account Receivables processes Streamline Account Payables and salaries processes How you'll make it happen Work in 2-3 weeks agile sprints for rapid automation deployment, running iterative make-vs-buy assessment to identify, select and implement the most suitable approach Own the full automation lifecycle – from strategy to execution (the better you are at your job, the less you will be working every day ;)) Work directly with founders, with dedicated budget for each sprint Who You Are Doer, Owner, Hands-on Eager to get real first-hand experience of AI & automation applications in business processes Pursuing/recently graduated (
