The Sales and Operations Planning manager executes the organization's sales and operations tasks and activities.

The purpose of this role is to improve the systems, tools and capabilities within the organization pertaining to Sales and Operations Planning.

As Sales and Operations Planning manager you will be responsible for:

- The S&OP of Repair focus on Heavy duty Demand, ad supporting the Supply Cycle.

Main focus will be also the automation of Indirect Demand collection/consolidation & Forecast History plug calculation, finalize Tableau Report to share Demand outcomes with other functions.

- Implement process for forecast accuracy measure: KPIs logics & Power BI Dashboard finalization, communication to leadership team

- Optimize forecasting models for calculation of forecast plug based on historical data & increase coverage.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Bachelor's degree required, major in engineering, business, statistic preferred.

- Strong analytical capabilities, communication, interpersonal, presentation and time management skills.

- Minimum 5 years of experience

- Ability to effectively interface at various management levels and operate in a matrix organization, and act as change agent.

- Ability to effectively manage changing and conflicting priorities and resolve appropriately, execute for results and make autonomous decisions

- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

- Knowledge of inventory and forecasting

- Knowledge of the service operational process and tools

- Black Belt and APICS certification

- Availability to travel whenever necessary
