Sales & Service Support Specialist
General Role
To function as the main contact over between clients and the store and to manage the after sales service of the Boutique.
Supporting with client feedback and assisting with queries, reservations, and complaints in accordance with the spirit of quality and excellence of Hermès.
Main responsibilities
- Being the contact person for clients and manager the After Sales Service.
- Processing verbal and written communication between clients and stores to help finalize and find a solution to client issues.
- Supporting and managing the after sales enquiries, such as repairs through SAV system, and control the logistic process.
- Supporting in CRM activities, such as the correct updating of customer information, also through the supervision of cashier staff.
Profile
- University Degree
- Must be fluent in Italian and English
- Have excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills and service orientation
- Must be organized, reliable and flexible
- Must be able to work independently and under pressure
- Professionalism, enthusiasm, dynamism, ease of integration and teamwork complete the profile.
