Don't try  WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THIS ROLE In the frame of MOL Group Italy Supply and Sales growth, you will support and develop the following activities: 1.

KPI Monitoring and Performance monitoring 2.

Implementation of a Planning system for Racing fuels value chain 3.

Institutional communications due to government bodies 4.

Compliance with biofuels and sustainability regulations 5.

Energy market deeply outlook, sale and supply portfolio analysis  6.

Company web portal and customer experience development 7.

After a necessary training as business support, an active involvement in the sales activities Working place: Mantova or Milan WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOUR BACKGROUND: Your Background: A fresh graduate, have your bachelor's or master's degree in following areas: Economics or Management or Marketing or Statistics.

Your Personality: Analytic approach, high level of communication skills, proactive and result-driven, strong interest in sales, creative and ambitious Team Player: Believe that teamwork and collaboration make the community strong Language Skills: Fluent in Italian and English.

Tech Savvy: excellent computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, preferably PowerBI).
