SALES ACCOUNT AREA DACH SALES ACCOUNT DACHThe Sales Account role is crucial for increasing turnover and margins by identifying business opportunities and enhancing sales through existing accounts.
This position focuses on developing new business by sourcing leads and building customer relationships, as well as pitching and negotiating commercial deals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDirectly manage main customers and supervise the activities of commercial figures assigned to the area, ensuring compliance with pre-sales and after-sales activities. Develop customer leads and new accounts, promoting the company to improve customer experience and satisfaction while strengthening loyalty. Plan actions and missions in assigned areas, prioritizing and setting objectives for commercial figures. Analyze market dynamics and KPIs, maintaining in-depth knowledge of business and product contexts, while monitoring sales trends and customer positions. Manage the creation of offers for direct customers, complying with company policies, including special pricing and promotional activities. Availability to travel: 50%REQUIREMENTSAt least 4 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of the EU market. Proficiency in English (C1) and German.
