**About Us
**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Account Executive focused on driving new logo growth in Italy.
This is a mid-career to senior-level role, perfect for a results-driven sales professional with a strong understanding of financial technology solutions and a proven track record of closing high-value deals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **New Business Development**: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across Italy, focusing on acquiring new logos and expanding Kyriba's market presence.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the Spanish market to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- **Pipeline Management**: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and up-to-date forecasting and reporting.
- **Client Engagement**: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations, understanding their needs and positioning Kyriba's solutions effectively.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, customer success and legal, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ of Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role within the financial technology or SaaS industry, preferably in Italy
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets, particularly in acquiring new logos.
- Strong understanding of treasury and financial processes.
Ability to articulate the value of complex technology offerings.
- Ability to drive sales independently and create strong relationships with clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel within Italy as required.
- Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English is required
