Sales Account Executive (European Languages)

We are looking for a passionate Sales individual to join our Sales Department in Milan as part of an ambitious global group.
In this role there is no specific requirement for extensive knowledge of the Financial Markets, you will be provided extensive training on how to read the Markets and what impact world events can have on trading.
**What you will do**:
- In this role you will not be cold calling, you will be assigned a list of warm leads generated through our Localised targeted Marketing actions
- Building and maintaining client relationships with new & existing clients by understanding the client's needs and trading profile and providing suitable support and guidance where required
- Educating our clients with regard to what is happening in the Markets, providing insights, and training our clients on our platform and trading tools
- Promoting our new products and services
- Analysing, identifying, planning, designing, and implementing opportunities for increasing client loyalty based on system data and industry insights
- Maintain high levels of client acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
- Proven ability to create and maintain good relationships with clients whilst working independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of the Financial Markets and the ability to discuss major Financial events in a simple and understandable manner
- ** Good knowledge of European languages, with Dutch being an advantage**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, any other language will be considered an advantage
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
