Our platform acquires data directly from molds in a seamless way, providing buyers and suppliers with visibility into their value chains.
Users can analyze and measure supplier performance, uncovering joint process improvement opportunities and monitoring supplier risks.
Recently, we closed our Seed Round to further fuel our growth.
We are backed by a leading lean consulting firm, many serial entrepreneurs and several C-level managers, who are all contributing with their know-how in the industry.
**Posizione**:
We are looking for a Sales Account Executive to boost growth and scale our sales!
You will be working side by side with the CEO and CTO, helping to craft our growth & product strategy, by keeping an active feedback loop with the market and assessing risks, obstacles and competitors.
In particular, you will take care of the following tasks:
- build and keep a pipeline of prospects and opportunities
- drive sales cycle, consult with clients, promote the value of MATIX and close deals equal to or exceeding the quarterly target
- focus on customer success and ensure your accounts are fulfilled
- develop strategic business plans for top target accounts
- pay attention to details and make sure any account activity is noted within the CRM
**Requisiti**:
The profile we are looking for has 2 years of enterprise software/hardware sales experience.
He/she needs to have solid **knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process** and be able to **work both independently and as part of a team** in a fast pace, rapid change environment.
Other required skills:
- computer proficiency (presentations, spreadsheets)
- experience working with Hubspot, Salesforce, or other CRM tool for pipeline management
- experience in building client relationships within enterprise organisations
- professional presence, good communication and business acumen
- proficiency in Italian and English
