Sales Account Executive - Financial Sector

**About the role**:
We expect you to use your prospecting, sales, negotiation, and leadership skills to effectively sell our offerings into leading companies in order to meet and exceed your sales targets.
**Responsibilities**:
The Sales Account Executive will work closely with the product and marketing teams to promote and sell our products and solutions to potential customers while attaining sales targets.
**The main responsibilities include**:
- Selling both directly and engaging with alliance and channel partners, to develop new business from Tier 1 customers in Financial Services Institutions, Banking or Fintech industry
- Having a focus on results - pipeline generation, revenue and profit, with the ability to lead and inspire others in your ecosystem
- Proven track record and a minimum of 4 years of enterprise software selling
- Manage qualified leads through CRM (HubSpot);
- Develop long-term business relationships;
- Take part in fairs and events;
- Collect market feedback;
- Stay up-to-date with current Financial Services Institutions, Banking or Fintech industry trends to develop sales strategies;
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information;
- Actively participate and provide updates in weekly meetings, as scheduled;
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor of Science/Arts in business administration with exposure to Information Technology (or equivalent) is required; Master's Degree is preferred
- 5+ years of experience in working in the Financial Service industry, with deep knowledge of Banking, driving digital transformation
- Fluency in English.
Bilingual or additional languages fluency (French, Spanish, Portuguese, German) is a strong plus;
- Strong sales and business background centered on software technologies combined with deep understanding of key industry solutions and competitive technologies
- Strong business planning and coaching/instilling business discipline skills woven with ability to encourage sales/tech sales team to develop and implement targeted plans
- Highly experienced in making recommendations to and/or collaborating with C-Level and mid-to-senior level executives
- Ability to identify, nurture, and drive digital transformation deals with all customers
- Must have a passion for sales and solution selling, solid leadership and team-building presence and be customer satisfaction obsessed
