Key responsibilitiesOptimize the inbound sales funnel by converting leads into opportunities by effectively positioning our products and services;Generate new business opportunities by differentiating Spoki's services through custom sales pitches and presentations, leveraging case studies, industry data, and relevant research;Identify opportunities to enhance our offering and provide clients with the full suite of Spoki products;Collaborate closely with onboarding, customer support, marketing, and customer success teams to streamline the sales cycle and minimize churn rate;Support the overall strategy to position Spoki as a leader in conversational solutions for e-commerce;Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations. Who we're looking forWe're looking for someone who's unstoppable—a relentless hunter of opportunities who sees every challenge as a chance to grow.
Here's what we'd love to see in you:
Experience: At least 4 years of proven success in SaaS sales, preferably;Languages: Fluent Italian and English (Spanish is a great bonus!
);Communication skills: Exceptional at persuading, negotiating, and inspiring;Hunter mindset: A "no" is just a "not yet" for you.
