Hello!

We are Primeur, a smart Data Integration company who's been serving the world's largest organizations for over 35 years.

To enlarge our Sales Team, we are looking for motivated, successful and goal-oriented sales account to join our team based in Milan.

In this role, you'll be responsible for actively participating to commercial development, with challenging projects and products.

**What you will do

- Business development of customer according to the Sales strategy, defined together with the Italy Sales Director

- Identification of new customers and implementation of commercial strategies aimed at acquiring them

- Understanding customers' needs and developing suitable business proposals

- Management of the complete business cycle including relationships with customers, formulation of the offers, negotiation and signing of the contracts

- Participation in analyzing the target market and defining the most appropriate business actions

- Consolidation of existing customers

**Ideally, you have

- Degree in economics or equivalent

- Previous experience in the role (at least 1-2 years) within IT companies (data integration preferred)

- Previous experience of acquisition of new customers

- Good negotiation skills

- Drive for results

- Good interpersonal and communication skills at different levels of organizations

- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
