Sales Account Manager
As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth for Weebora by overseeing leads and nurturing partnerships with padel clubs, academies, influencers, and brands.
Your responsibilities will include implementing partnership agreements, creating a strong affiliation program, and supporting Weebora's mission to expand globally within the padel market. ResponsibilitiesLead Management:Identify, manage, and cultivate relationships with leads from padel clubs, academies, instructors, and brandsFoster strong connections with stakeholders to facilitate successful partnership conversionsPartnership Execution:Supervise the execution of partnership agreements, ensuring they provide value to all involved partiesWork collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of programsAffiliation Program Development:Design and oversee an affiliation program that includes padel clubs, academies, influencers, brands, and instructorsMonitor and enhance the performance of affiliation initiativesRevenue Growth:Convert partnerships into quantifiable revenue sourcesTrack key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure revenue objectives are achieved or surpassedMarket Research Insights:Keep abreast of emerging trends and developments within the padel industryDeliver insights that shape Weebora's strategic initiatives and product offeringsSales Reporting:Generate and present regular reports detailing sales performance, lead advancement, and partnership resultsRequirementsEducation:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related fieldSkills:Demonstrated success in managing partnerships and meeting sales objectivesExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilitiesPrior experience in the padel, sports, or travel industriesKnowledge of digital marketing and experience in managing affiliate programsProficiency in multiple languages, particularly English, Spanish, and Italian, is advantageousPassion for Padel:Strong understanding and enthusiasm for padel and its surrounding ecosystemExperience:3 to 5 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within the sports, travel, or leisure sectorsDriven, results-focused, and capable of working autonomouslySkilled in using CRM systems and sales management toolsWillingness to travel as necessary to engage with partners and participate in industry eventsBenefits:A dynamic work environment within an innovative and fast-growing companyOpportunities for professional growth and developmentHands-on experience in a growing and innovative sports companyOpportunity to learn from industry professionals and build connections in the padel communityFlexible remote work hoursExposure to backend processes, product management, and supplier relationsSalary according to experience and performance-based incentives #J-18808-Ljbffr
