Sales Account Manager, Sales See

The deparment is SABIC Sales South East Europe, Polymers Sales, Petchem.
South East Europe Sales belongs to a bigger Sales organization with more than 300 Employees worldwide and more than 80 in Europe.
**JOB PURPOSE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Position holder will be responsible for developing SABIC sales solutions in SEE area and executing the same to a large group of Prospects/Customers.
He/She will initiate and bring to success projects and sales.
Additionally, they will manage and grow an existing customers group.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- New business development & customers acquisition
- Bring to success custom unique solutions based on SABIC circular "Chemistry that matters"
- Sales and profitability results, included targets selection and optimization.
- Align internally the needed technological focus to match future trends and requirements
- Manage customers credit lines and avoid/mitigate financial risks
**MINIMUM EDUCATION/BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Polymer Science
- Minimum of 7-10 years in sales operational roles in the Chemical Industry.
- Knowledge of Italian and English language are a must, additional languages used in the Region will be nice to have
- Job location is Italy with extensive availability to travel in Europe.
**PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- University degree or MBA in Chemistry, or Polymer Science
- Experience: minimum 15 years with significant experience and reputation
- Game changer mentality
- Being innovative, adaptible, influencing and impactful way of communicating
- Possessing negotiation skills
