Our goal is to extend this technology on a global scale. To do this, we need a **Sales Account** who can help us expand our client portfolio and establish Indigo. ai as a leader in the market.
**What are we looking for? **:
We are looking for a Sales Account to join our Sales Team.
As a **Sales Account**, you will be responsible for managing and closing qualified sales opportunities generated by the marketing team and Business Development Representatives (BDRs). Your role will be critical in converting these opportunities into new clients, focusing on medium and large enterprises. You will report directly to the Sales Director and work closely with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **New client acquisition**: Identify and develop opportunities to expand the client portfolio
- **Managing qualified opportunities**: Work on leads generated by the marketing team and BDRs, developing them into closed deals.
- **Driving sales growth**: Achiev and exceed sales targets through strategic management of the sales cycle.
- **Account Management**: Build and maintain trusted relationships with existing clients while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- **Consultative selling**: Understand clients' specific needs and propose tailored solutions based on Indigo. ai's platform.
- **Pipeline management**: Maintain a structured and up-to-date pipeline to ensure consistent results.
- **Internal collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, BDRs, product, and customer success teams to maximize client value and improve sales processes.
- **CRM management**: Track all activities, opportunities, and client information using **HubSpot**, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular forecasts and updates on sales performance.
**You will need**:
- **Experience**: 3-5 years in sales roles, with experience managing qualified leads and selling technology solutions (preferably SaaS, AI, or CRM) to medium and large enterprises.
- **Proven success**: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in competitive environments.
- **Consultative approach**: Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
- **Communication skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English (B2 level or higher).
- **Tech-savvy**: Familiarity with artificial intelligence solutions, SaaS platforms, or CRM systems.
- **Team player**: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.

**Where is the work? **:
This position follows a hybrid work model, combining days working from home with days spent in the office. Our Milan office is located at SPACES, Piazza Gae Aulenti 1/Torre B, where we regularly meet to collaborate and work together in person. We also love getting together and organize various retreats and meetups throughout the year to stay connected also with our fully remote teammates.
