Who We Are Looking ForWe are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Account - New Business.
The ideal candidate will work closely with our management team to expand the agency's business in alignment with clear and specific goals. Key Responsibilities New Business DevelopmentAnalyze and develop business opportunitiesLead generationManage prospects: initial contact and meeting arrangementsOrganize agency presentations and sales meetingsParticipate in events and trade showsPR activitiesClient and Project ManagementManage assigned clients and projectsEngage in up-selling and cross-selling activitiesCoordinate with the different team to ensure timely and accurate project delivery, aligned with client expectationsRequired Skills and QualificationsAt least 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in a communication or web agencyKnowledge of the fashion industry, digital marketing dynamics, and especially social media University degree in marketing/communication or related fieldsExcellent English, both spoken and writtenExcellent command of Microsoft OfficeExperience in client and project managementRequires travel and own vehicleAvailability for on-site work in MilanOwn a VAT number (Partita IVA) Soft SkillsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and commercial skillsStrong organizational, analytical, and management abilitiesTeam-oriented with a positive attitudeProblem-solving mindset and lateral thinking abilitiesProactivity, flexibility, and availabilityWhat We OfferContinuous trainingExclusive client portfolioCompetitive performance-based incentivesYoung, dynamic, and stimulating work environmentProfessional development support and mentoringJob Type Full-time, Monday to Friday with flexible hours.
