We are looking for a
- **Sales Administration Specialist** in our
- **Luserna San Giovanni (TO)** location.
**Main Opportunities and Challenges
- The customer and projects will require excellent organization skills and a problem-solving attitude
**Main Responsibilities
- To take care of contact, relationships and daily correspondence with customers by helping them to solve any kind of problem concerning to logistic or administrative issues as well.
- To provide support to the Area Managers for the relevant customers both in the Sales phase and afterwards, in order to be a point of reference for the customer.
- To manage customers Portals by periodically checking new communications and requests and ensure their proper circulation.
- To support the Area Manager in the correct management of the quotation process, as required by the Quality System, ensuring the correct sharing of the CSR (Customer Specific Requirements).
To transfer, process and store customer documents and communications in dedicated folders in order to grant a proper customer management.
- To support the Area Manager in making relevant quotations, in compliance with the established procedures and commercial strategy, also supporting him in uploading the offer in the customer portal.
To manage the life cycle of the orders and/or price lists (receipt, entry into the system, check for update, file storage, etc. )
in compliance with the standard company procedures.
- To support the customer "Vendor Tooling Management" activities in an appropriate way by involving the relevant corporate functions (Program Management, Purchasing and Production Plants).
- To collect information within the company in order to fill in the relevant Declarations on "Country of Origin", "Dual Use", "Conflict Minerals", etc.
- To monitor Payment deadlines / Overdue issues and manage payment reminders in a very precise and constant way in order to prevent and/or minimize the outstanding and overdue credits.
To keep the related reports up to date.
- To support the Area Manager and the Program Manager in the first Budget release and its further reviews (Rolling Forecast).
To contribute to the achievement of the Budget targets for the Primary and Secondary Activities.
To play an active role in the drafting of the monthly Rolling Forecast release.
- To manage the agenda and organization of customer visits.
- To take care of the promotional activities at exhibitions, conferences, etc.
in which the company participates.
- To take care of the organization and storage of all Sales documentation.
- Support the managing director on the following activities: travel organization and booking, Expense Reports, Congress registration, management of recurring meetings (ex.
L1 Meeting) and double check/fill in confidential documents (NDA, Contracts) before signing on his own behalf.
**Job Requirements
**Education**: University Bachelor Degree - University of Languages
**Professional Background**:Automotive industries,
- ** **Experience in a similar role
**Hard Skills
- Essential:
Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written
- Good know-how of office package, especially Excel
- Familiar with the OEM portals
- Familiar with incoterms, country of origin, dual-use, conflict mineral.
- Considered as a plus: French and German language
**Soft Skills**:
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Team working attitude
- Good work organization
- Strong business acumen with a strategic orientation
- Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions
