The role, reporting to the Demand Planning & Sales Admin.

Manager, will be responsible of customers' administration and in leading the Sales Administration Team.

In particular, he/she will be in charge of:

- Back office management (order management/active invoicing) and knowledge of customs and tax procedures

- Management of logistic transports with direct contract-quotation of forwarding companies and organization of relative shipment with direct contact of forwarding agents, logistic staff

and preparation of export documents

- Preparation of reports, statistics, portfolio and sales margin control with area

managers and sales director

- Supporting the sales force with queries on product availability and delivery

- Communicating internally important feedback from customers

Negotiation abilities, organizational skills, analytical approach are essential for covering the position successfully
