Are you passionate about luxury jewelry and exceptional customer service? Djula is looking for a dynamic Sales Advisor to join our boutique team in Rome! If you thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and have a deep appreciation for fine jewelry, we would love to meet you.
YOUR MISSION
As a Sales Advisor, your role will be to drive sales performance while delivering an outstanding customer experience, reflecting the prestige and elegance of the Djula brand.
? ? Engage & Sell – Provide a premium experience to customers by showcasing Djula's exquisite collections and guiding them through their purchase journey.
? ? Achieve Sales Targets – Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
? ? Brand Ambassador – Educate clients about Djula's heritage, craftsmanship, and latest collections.
? ? Merchandising & Display – Ensure the boutique is impeccably presented in line with corporate guidelines and product launches.
? ? Stock Management – Assist in inventory control and report any stock issues.
? ? Operational Excellence – Handle all assigned administrative and operational tasks efficiently.
? ? Team Collaboration – Foster a positive and supportive team environment.

? Retail expert – Previous experience in luxury jewelry or high-end retail.
? Jewelry connoisseur – Strong knowledge and passion for fine jewelry.
? Bilingual talent – Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus!).
? Customer-centric – A natural ability to connect with clients and create memorable experiences.
