SPD, Scuola Politécnica di Design, is looking for an **Academic Advisor** to join our Academic Office team in Milan.

We are looking for an organized, highly motivated and results-driven professional.

Your main responsibilities as an Academic Advisor in our Academic Office:

- Daily call and recall actions to leads following CRM flows

- Engage and inform prospective students about our school and the opportunities to enroll in our Masters

- Support the student during the admission and enrollment process

- Check all the students' documents for the admission and enrollment process

- Organize and participate to all the commercial activities and events, such as open days and other school orientation initiatives

- Participate in trade fairs, expecially in Asia (Cina, India)

- Arranging travel accomodations and transportation to and from trade fairs, in agreement with the Head of the Academic Office

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree

- Minimum 1 year experience in sales area, preferably in Education

- Full fluency in Italian and English proficiency.

The knowledge of other languages is a plus

- Positive attitude and great team spirit

- Willingness to travel

- Ability to communicate effectively to customers
