Sales:Ensure the achievement of individual and store goalsServe customers according to A. P. C. 's selling ceremonyDeliver exceptional customer service experience by greeting, listening and assisting customers while exceeding their needs and expectationsDemonstrate excellent knowledge of the products as well as A. P. C. 's history and heritageGuarantee cross and up-selling for all products categoriesDevelop a loyal client following by building genuine relationships with customersEnsure qualitative monitoring and updating of customer information (CRM) in order to retain actual customers and detect new high potential onesOperations:Contribute to manage the visual displays of the products in accordance with A.
