Djula is looking for a dynamic Sales Advisor to join our boutique team in Rome!

YOUR MISSION As a Sales Advisor, your role will be to drive sales performance while delivering an outstanding customer experience, reflecting the prestige and elegance of the Djula brand.

Engage & Sell – Provide a premium experience to customers by showcasing Djula's exquisite collections and guiding them through their purchase journey.

Achieve Sales Targets – Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals.

Brand Ambassador – Educate clients about Djula's heritage, craftsmanship, and latest collections.

Merchandising & Display – Ensure the boutique is impeccably presented in line with corporate guidelines and product launches.

Stock Management – Assist in inventory control and report any stock issues.

Operational Excellence – Handle all assigned administrative and operational tasks efficiently.

Team Collaboration – Foster a positive and supportive team environment. WHO YOU ARE Retail expert – Previous experience in luxury jewelry or high-end retail.

Jewelry connoisseur – Strong knowledge and passion for fine jewelry.

Bilingual talent – Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus!).

Customer-centric – A natural ability to connect with clients and create memorable experiences.
