Your tasks

- Maintain sales and orders database updated

- Produce sales reports and maintain sales records

- Share market information with the sales team and corporate functions.

- Support for sales statistical analysis: articles, average prices, etc.

Support the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested Communicate important feedback to sales manager and/or other internal departments Provide post-sale customer support Order Management and Princing Management (price list upload and price analysis)

**Profile**:

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar preferred 1- 2 years experience in sales administration, or a similar role

- experience working with SAP

- exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills

proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software experience in working with international teams preferred

- proficient in minimum 2 languages, English and Italian is mandatory, french is considered a plus
