Sales data analysis plays a critical role in making strategic decisions, forecasting trends, and identifying areas for improvement.
As a Sales Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and driving business growth.
Your main responsibility will be to analyze sales data and trends to provide ideas and recommendations that help improve sales strategies and increase revenue.
You will work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other key stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, generate reports, and identify opportunities for sales optimization.
The ideal candidate for this position is analytical, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities: Collect and analyze sales data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities.
Develop and maintain sales performance reports, dashboards, and forecasts to provide actionable information to the sales team and management.
Collaborate with the sales team to set sales objectives and develop strategies to achieve them.
Identify areas of improvement in the sales process and provide recommendations for process optimization.
Conduct competitive analysis to evaluate market trends and identify possible opportunities or threats.
Support the sales team in creating sales presentations and proposals by providing data-driven insights.
Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs to improve the effectiveness of the sales team.
Collaborate with the marketing department to analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend adjustments to maximize sales impact.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in sales analytics and reporting.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.
Demonstrated experience as a sales analyst or similar position in a sales-oriented organization in the electrical or closely related industry is required.
Solid knowledge of sales analysis techniques, methodologies, and best practices.
Mastery of statistical analysis programs such as SPSS or SAS will be valued.
Experience in the use and management of CRM systems.
Familiarity with sales and marketing metrics and KPIs.
Knowledge of the sector in which the company operates.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal; also in Italian.
Ability to travel, as needed in Italy.
