As a Sales and Admission Manager, reporting to the General Management, you will ensure the implementation of effective promotional strategies, achieving an increase in enrollments for academic courses while ensuring the prestige of the brand and the overall performance of the services.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement sales initiatives by conducting market research and tailored strategies to engage students, luxury brands, and international universities.

Analyze marketing actions to evaluate their effectiveness and identify critical issues.

Ensure the correct enrollment process for students by providing support and guidance.

Participate in and manage orientation sessions for students.

Attend educational events and fairs to promote the academic offerings.

Minimum Requirements:

Degree in Marketing and Communication, Business Administration, or related fields.

Three years of experience in the role at private educational institutions or in customer service within the luxury sector.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Italian and English (C1 level).

Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
