Sales And Aftersales Coach
Who we are looking for**:
The purpose of the Sales and Aftersales Coach is to support the National Sales Company and Dealers Network in following the National Sales Company's Sales and Service Way processes, Voice Of Customer program (satisfaction interviews), improving Network performance and in the same time Customers Journey in National Sales Company's showrooms and workshops.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Organize Dealer visits.
prepare weekly/monthly visit plan and dealer visit schedule, kick off and assessment or action plans and follow ups visits;
- Analyze retailer customer satisfaction, check the results of Mystery Shopping, analyze business performance, process and people with the objective of identifying strengths and opportunities to improve;
- Assess Dealer Implementation of National Sales Company's guidelines and operational standards (Sales and Aftersales processes);
- In conjunction with Dealer Management and team, develop and agree an action plan to tackle the areas of improvement;
- Motivate and facilitate the implementation of the action plan and the development of a continuous improvement mindset within the Dealer team with the main objective of improving customer satisfaction;
- Follow up on the implementation of the agreed actions and measure results in terms of customer satisfaction;
- Coach Dealer team on how to improve customer handling process and attitude;
- Measure and monitor the main KIPs (results in terms of customer satisfaction, sales, aftersales visits, etc. )
redefining actions when necessary;
- Elaborate the Dealer Report Visits, according to the frequency and the operational standards defined by National Sales Company;
- Training the new consultants (training on the job);
- Document, Communicate clearly, precisely and promptly and Share with the local and the central team all proposed success practices to improve methodology and guidelines;
- Continuous sharing of all info and Dealer status with National Sales Company's Field Force;
- Take care of company assets;
- Monitor the travel expenses, according to MSX guidelines and the project needs;
- Any other tasks required to support the business from the operational perspective.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience;
- Certified coach by an industry recognized body will be a plus;
- Consistent experiences in business consultancy and /or Automotive industry (at least 4 years);
- Previous experience in process or similar field projects (at least 2 years);
- Customer Satisfaction Analysis, Processes Mapping and improvement knowledge;
- Logical thinking to breaking complex problems into their component parts and ability to solve both complex and uncomplicated problems by making decisions based on available information (problem-solving) are mandatory to perform formal analysis and provide written interpretations of findings;
- Result orientation to consistently deliver required results; setting and achieving goals with quality and productivity, meet deadlines, maintain focus on goals until a viable solution can be found;
- Excellent communicator: good in listening and understanding others, adapting the communication style to the various targets, conveying information and ideas clearly through a variety of media;
- Ability to work independently with multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams;
- Flexibility;
- Planning and organizing;
- Good in helping people to learn, in facilitate and motivate teams to active goals, in alliance building - enlisting others' support and assistance in influencing others; able to build agreement and cooperation and a unified sense of purpose;
- Knowledge of Automotive Industry and Sales and Aftersales processes;
- Language skills: Italian and English (written and spoken).
**Working Pattern**:
Field throughout Italy.
