Sales And Gtm Manager - Italy And Poland
Key Responsibilities: Follow HQ strategy to achieve the annual sales target.
Negotiate with local distributors and retailers on sales forecasts, promotional plans, and marketing activities.
Coordinate with marketing, retail, and after-service teams to drive local market development.
Report to HQ on the financial performance and analysis of the local business.
Research and assess local requirements and trends for the two-wheel market.
Requirements: Base Location: Milan, Italy, with significant opportunities for travel.
Language Proficiency: Native Chinese speaker with excellent Italian and English skills.
Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in the consumer electronics industry.
Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with local partners.
Strategic Focus: Ability to align local operations with HQ strategies to ensure business growth.
