**What will you work on?
As the Sales and Marketing Assistant you will actively assist and provide general support to the Sales and Marketing team to maximise sales activity of the company's key customers. You will be responsible for Office management and administration in partnership with the Spin Master Facilities team, specifically with the coordination of facility management and health and safety tasks. As the Sales and Marketing Assistant you will also oversee the daily office operations of the Spin Master Italy office, ensure the office runs smoothly, manage daily activities and be the first point of contact for all visitors.
**How will you create impact?
- Facilitating and organizing meetings with customers and partners including facility, food and beverages, materials etc.
- The key point of contact for customers and agents regarding: delivering product information via customer feedsheets / product images and additional product info / pre and after sales of Customer Service ( helping setup of orders, support in Sales Force) / set up and managing pricelists / set up and (proactive) set up and updating of factsheets, feedsheets / update our Order Taking Tool (Catflow)
- Proactive communication of changed product information towards customers (including changes in feedsheets)
- Support marketing and sales team in setting up factsheets support in making sales presentations
- Set up and update of image bank
- Sample ordering
- Tracking order information for sales reports
- Support sales in tracking orders versus sales and follow-up
- Support in internal (trade marketing) reports
- Facilitating and organising trade fairs - including participation/ representing Spin Master if needed
- Basic administrative and office management tasks including: invoice processing (creating Pos/MIGOs and follow-up of payment) / sorting and sending through mail / picking up phone calls and intercom / managing showroom and storage room / connecting with other key vendors (car leasing, DHL, etc) for any request.

**What are your skills and experience?
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office, coupled with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in English in written and spoken
- Proven experience as an Office assistant, virtual assistant or in another relevant administrative role
- Working knowledge of office equipment
