We are looking for a Sales & Application Engineer who will join a dynamic team and make a significant impact on the company's success in the emissions-control and clean-air combustion industry.

What You Will Do Lead the design and sizing of Thermal Oxidizer equipment, with a strong emphasis on combustion processes, and perform critical design and emission calculations. Develop technical and commercial proposals within specified time frames, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness. Propose system designs and costings that meet or exceed customer requirements while remaining competitive in the market. Achieve sales bookings and foster strong, ongoing relationships with customers, particularly EPC companies. Stay informed about market trends and product developments to enhance strategic decision-making. Navigate and define commercial constraints, including sourcing restrictions, local content requirements, budget considerations, terms and conditions, potential competitors, and decision-making processes. Drive operational excellence and profitability across business operations. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering. Are fluent in English. Exhibit a strong customer focus and an eagerness to work within a dynamic and challenging team environment. Show a readiness to learn and adapt positively to changes. Ensure competitive design solutions and accurate costing estimations. Build and maintain profitable and positive customer relationships. Maintain the highest level of knowledge regarding company products and industry standards. Provide support to the project execution team. Are willing and able to travel approximately 20-25% of the time. What Will Put You Ahead Possess experience in Process Engineering or Application Engineering related to combustion equipment, such as oil and gas-fired burners, boilers, fired equipment, and heat recovery steam generators. Experience and skills within the oil and gas industry are highly preferred.
