Sales Area Manager
The Distribution Area Manager, reporting directly into the Global Distribution Program Manager, is responsible for the commercialization of the company's products within the designated commercial sales territory and assigned account list.
The ideal candidate will leverage their strong background in industrial components sales and distribution to manage key accounts, develop new partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
This role requires fluency in English and French, along with a proven ability to operate in international markets. Key Responsibilities? Manage and grow the distribution network for conveyor belting products in the EMEA region. ? Identify and establish new business opportunities and partnerships in foreign markets. ? Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key stakeholders.
? Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets. ? Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors. ? Provide technical and commercial support to distributors and customers. ? Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings. ? ? Shared accountabilities? Work together with the local sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals and support business growth? Maintaining and developing relationships with key customers together with local sales? Key linkages & interfaces / most important stakeholders? Regional and local sales managers? ISM/ CPMs Requirements of the job? Languages: Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken). ? Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales/distribution within the industrial components sector, preferably in conveyor belting or related industries. ? Strong knowledge of EMEA markets and cultural nuances in conducting business. ? Proven ability to manage and grow international distribution networks. ? Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. ? Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). ? Friendly and approachable attitude.
High availability to travel extensively across the EMEA region, the position can be based alternatively in Caponago (Italy, Milan area), Vilanova i la Geltrù (Spain, Barcelona area) or Jihlava (Czech Republic)
