The role designed for you
Reporting to the Sales Manager Luxury & Merchants Italy - My Cordenons, in this role your goal will be to maximize sales results, furtherly develop our market share and provide a superior customer service to through the leadership of a skilled team of Sales Agents for the brand MyCordenons.
- You will focus on achieving Sales targets - i. e. End-to-End Margin, Pricing policy implementation and Credit management
- You will ensure the correct management of commercial activities - i. e price condition, order negotiation, promotion etc. .
- You will lead a team of Sales Agent across Italy.
- You will visit and develop top customer which will be part of your own portfolio
- You will ensure the correct use and updating of the CRM, also by the agents
Also, together with your team you will:
- Ensure full and effective deployment of our commercial strategy, tailor making it to the local market
- Manage existing customers to organically grow our revenues
- Develop and expand customer portfolio to grow our market share in the geography
- Penetrate and educate various industries including but not limited to packaging/printing potential customers
The attitudes and skills we're looking for
- You have 8+ years' experience in commercial roles, with strong customer focus and Key accounts management
- You have former experiences managing sales team
- If you have experience in Paper Industry or Packaging/Printing sector it will be considered a strong plus
- You can build customer loyalty and foster a customer-centric team environment.
- You have strong relational skills and capability to collaborate with different functions
- You have Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- You have a good Knowledge of IT tools (e. g. Excel, Powerpoint) & experience with CRM.
- You are available to travel frequently across Italy
- You are proficient in Italian and English, both spoken and written
