Sales Area Manager
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR : This Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving the business to achieve the target assigned by the Business Director/Commercial Director.
He/she manages the business with the objectives of growing the penetration liaising with dealers and customers.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the achievement of Market sales objectives in terms of market share, volumes and margins assigned.
Propose/Evaluate/Argue with dealers the annual Business Plans and support dealers to implement it (follow up) within the assigned Area to ensure maximum sales performance.
Propose/Evaluate/Argue with dealers a proper Sales Plan in terms of orders, retail contract & retail delivery in order to maximize performance and market share presence for all product ranges.
Propose/Evaluate/Argue with dealers a proper Marketing Plan that includes sales marketing initiatives (such as promotional events, demonstrations, open days, factory visits and product presentations, etc…) with the aim to reinforce Brand presence on the assigned Area.
Support and Monitor dealer to properly use Company commercial tools that are the base of our professional dialog with dealer network (CRM, Sales App, eQuipment, Customer Experience portal, STST 4. 0, etc…).
Develop the business in the assigned Area working closely to the Dealers existing organization.
Continually evaluate dealer financial results, business management, capital and profits needed to support market and facilitate financial support by CNHi Capital monitoring wholesale credit risk and eventually manage it liaising between CNHi Capital and the dealer.
Assess the market potential and its trends and propose the required actions to further develop the business and monitor competitors' activity in the assigned Area.
Coordinate the activity with Market central Functions (Marketing, Sales Administration, Network Development, CNHi Capital and After Sales).
Provide to Market central functions input in terms of pricing, commercial risks and opportunities coming from assigned Area.
Explore new business opportunities coming from assigned Area In cooperation with Network Development.
YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in similar roles Knowledge of sell and negotiation techniques Equipment knowledge (Outlook software platforms) Results-oriented with a Strong willingness to improve the presence on the market Build Customer relationship and Deliver Customer Satisfaction Logical approach to Problem Solving Coaching aptitude and teamwork Leadership and self-confidence English language OTHER INFORMATION Agricultural background & passion for Agricultural Mechanization (preferred)
