**Goals Of Position**:
- Ensure the achievement of revenue and profitability goals
- Management of customers coordinating all relationships aspects (e. g.
sales, promotional activities, etc.
)
- Support other company functions to develop new market/products/clients
**Your Key Responsibilities**:
- Carry out all sales activities to achieve defined commercial objectives for an assigned market segment (territory, sector, defined customers or product line).
- Contribute to budget planning process, and plans own revenues and customer prospects for the assigned market segment.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships in order to materialize business opportunities.
- Prepare and conduct negotiations (in terms of applicable product assortment, quantities, pricing, other commercial conditions) and closes the contract.
Operative tasks:
- Implementation of commercial policy for customers.
- Definition of target and correspondent achievement monitoring.
- Management of special offers and promotional actions towards customers.
- Promotion of Schaeffler product range towards customers.
- Collection of market information on products and customer behavior.
- Facilitate interaction with other Schaeffler's Depts to achieve customers targets and satisfaction.
**Your Qualifications**:
- Vocationally trained in Mechanics or Electrics with 5 to 10 years
- Associates degree in Engineering, Mechanics or Electrics with 3 to 5 years
- Negotiation and communication skills
- Customer orientation and process oriented
- Experience in customer relation management
- Problem Solving oriented and detail-attentive
- Technical competences on mechanics and vehicles
- Good English level is mandatory
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel and Power Point mandatory) and SAP R/3
- Proactive approach
- Ability to work in a team and in an international environment
- Readiness to travel
