Sales Area Manager France: Objectives of the role: According to the company's sales strategy, contribute to the achievement of the sales/profitability and development objectives in the assigned geographical area - France. Maintain and develop a strong relationship with customers, identifying and understanding their needs, and acting as their strategic partner. Support the development of the company's growth in specific and strategic markets/applications. Organization: Report to the Regional Sales Manager. Duties: Manage the commercial relationships and sales of flexible packaging and integrated solutions for packaging to the assigned customers in the geographical area of reference. Research, identify and evaluate business development opportunities. Develop specific and strategic markets/applications. Collaborate in the setting of the area sales budget and in the definition of new market needs/opportunities. Support the Regional Manager and the EMEA Sales Director in finding useful information for the development of the business plan. Skills: Degree. At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar position within a B2B sales organization, preferably in flexible packaging. Fluent in French and English. Positive attitude, good communication skills and listening capacity, aptitude for collaboration and teamwork. Good planning and organizational skills. Goal-oriented.
