The positionAs Sales Area Manager North Italy (Lombardia and Triveneto) you will be responsible for the Diagnostic business. You will coordinate the infield sales force, in compliance with corporate policies and values, and at the same time you will be operative on the field acting as Beckman Ambassador in front of our current and potential customers. In this role you will prove your sales and managerial skills, enhancing your career development. Key responsibilitiesCoordinates the internal and external infield Sales Force, through mentoring and coachingDefines turnover targets, analyzes the results achieved and accurately evaluates the performance of our sellersDefines quantitative and qualitative objectives for our support specialist in the fieldConstantly updates business and market trends through the proper tools (SFDC, etc. . . )Develops trustful and long-term partnerships with our key opinion leaders in the area;Translates corporate commercial strategies into local tacticsLeads the whole sales process through a winning collaboration with the company departments involved (tender office, marketing, technical assistance, sales administration, finance, etc.
)Key competenciesScientific educational background in Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry. . .
