Sales Area Manager South Europe

The Area Sales Manager South Europe will be responsible of Sales of all products, inks and printers (small machines), within the assigned territory and support the complaining management in solving problems with customers.
The role owner reports to the Sales Director and works under general instructions independently.
The Area Sales Manager South Europe will perform all sales, administrative and reporting tasks, which are required for the assigned territory.
The role owner establishes and maintains good customer relations, achieves customer satisfaction and find new sales opportunities.
**What you will do**:
- Maintain existing accounts and develop new accounts in assigned territory in a high level of performance (including dealers)
- Build-up and maintain excellent customer relations
- Negotiate sales offers and contracts under supervision of company rules & regulations
- Territory development planning
- Participate to local fairs, seminars, open house activities, etc
- Participate to international fairs, seminars, demos abroad when necessary
- Support the Accounting & Finance department in assigning credit limits for customers
- Participate in weekly sales meetings in Italy
- Make detailed periodic actual reporting, forecasting and budgeting
- Become familiar with all company and third party products and services
- Work in close interaction with other members of the sales force internationally
- Involve in customer debt collection process as far as customer relations are concerned.
Supports the Accounting & Finance dept.
in the debt collection process as defined in the respective guideline
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
**What you need to have**:
- Minimum 5 years working experience, preferably in têxtile industries/printing/soft signage or similar markets
- Managing complex sales and able to create budget plans and draw up sales contracts
- University degree preferably in Chemical
- Excellent English and Italian skills both verbal and written, it should be a plus another European language
- Excellent computer skills in MS Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint + preferably SAP & Salesforce
