Reporting directly to the boutique manager, you will join the Milan Flagship Store team as a Client Advisor.
RESPONSIBILITIES Actively engage with clients to ensure a memorable luxury in-store customer service experience and contribute to the overall success of the store. Anticipate customers' expressed and unexpressed needs and wants and respond appropriately to exceed customer expectations. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients by following up on purchases and providing after-sales support. Promote MeByCanali service as part of the selling ceremony. EXPERIENCE 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment. Made-to-Measure knowledge will be considered a plus. Customer-centric mindset, teamwork, and digital skills. Good knowledge of English (every other additional foreign language is a plus). General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory.
