The Maison Chloé was founded in 1952 by Gaby Aghion, an Egyptian-born Parisienne who wanted to liberate women's bodies from the stiffly formal fashion of the time through a luxury ready-to-wear offering.

Our Sales Assistant are the ambassadors of the Maison, in charge of welcoming every guest into the Chloé family. They are a trustworthy advisor to clients and reliable partners for the Maison.
We are looking for:
A Client Relationship owner Ensures every client is welcome and well taken care of, taking pride in developing long-term relationshipsIs aware of CRM targets and actively engages in all actions to reach themImplements personalized reach-out campaigns and utilizes all tools available to complete CRM tasks within given timeframeConsistently captures client data and takes notes of all qualitative information, knows his/her portfolio of customers, and in particular the VVICs and VICs he/she handlesAn omnichannel business partner Offers excellent customer service and improve individual business performanceUses all omnichannel services available to grow omnichannel salesIs aware of store and individual sales and KPIS targets and actively engages in all actions to reach themActively completes trainings and participates in all commercial activities set by the ManagerIs aware of local trading environment and competitors 'activitiesAn Operations Excellence supporter Ensures impeccable store environment and grooming at any time of the dayProactively informs the Manager of any structural repair needed in store to ensure a luxurious environment at all timeImplements all guidelines related to the store and participates in inventoriesSupports after sales clients and follows up to ensure impeccable after sales serviceComplies with established Richemont policies and standardsProfile: Previous experience in WRTWFluent in Italian and English. Another language is considered a plusExcellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skillsStrong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyWe look for curious people, free spirited and determined, who want to be part of the Chloé Family.
