About the position: Join our dynamic team as a Retail Sales Assistant and be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and building strong client relationships in Bang&Olufsen Flagship store in Milan.

Key functions: Customer service in accordance with company and luxury brand standards Assisting customers in selecting products and providing detailed product information , cross-selling on the basis of corporate standards Fulfilment of personal sales plan and meeting performance metrics Handling inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring satisfaction Work with the cash register and compliance with cash discipline Processing transactions, managing inventory, and updating records Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and market trends Work in the CRM system (ordering missing items, issuing goods to the client upon pick-up, pre-ordering goods, registration of sales, refunds, invoices, etc. )
